Music is at the very heart of the cathedral and is a centre of excellence for both sacred and secular music. The acoustic of the building is superb and we hope you will agree that it is a very fine performance space indeed in which to enjoy your lunch!
The lunchtime recitals are just a part of the rich variety of performances which take place at the cathedral through the year.
Monday 20 January at 1.10pm - Tom Pickles (Cello) and Roman Kosyakov (Piano) from the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire present music by Beethoven and Rachmanioff.
Monday 3 February at 1.10pm - Chamber Ensemble: Risa Sekine, Angela Monge-Alvarez, Mika Inukai from the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire present music by Rachmanioff and Debussy.
